Scope of Project upon Contract Includes: Site visit (NY City and surrounding area only), Drawings (furniture layout floor plan, lighting plan, and elevations), space planning, color scheme, paint schedule, budget worksheet, purchasing and installation of furniture, window treatments, lighting, flooring, art, and decorative accessories at retail stores and designer showrooms. Work with architects, and contractors, as required.

Decorator-for-a-Day
Working with what you own…make your house a home or your office welcome your clients
INCLUDES:
30-minute on-line consultation
8-hours with decorator for one day for your home or office
This service works with what you have taking into consideration a furniture layout for visual effect, purpose and flow of space, color, lighting, artwork, and decorative accessories. Shopping with designer for additional decorative accessories on the day may be included at client’s request.
Rate includes travel to locations within 1 hour of Midtown Manhattan and accessible by subway, train, or bus. Additional fees apply for travel to locations outside these zones. Additional fees apply for moving furniture and hanging artwork, which will require the hiring of 2 assistants.
